Conference overview
The Australasian Universities Building Educators Association (AUBEA) was established in 1975 to bring together all those involved in building research and education. The principal aim of AUBEA is to promote and improve teaching and research in building through communication and collaboration. Our highly acclaimed annual conferences bring together researchers and educators from Australasia and other regions and provide them with a strong platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. The annual conferences of AUBEA are hosted by universities in Australasia.
Conference venue
The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is one of the great eight (G08) universities in Australia. It is a well-established research intensive university and known internationally for its cutting edge research and innovations. In 2012, the Construction Management and Property Program of the Faculty of Built Environment, UNSW is proudly organising the 37th Annual Conference of AUBEA in its vibrant premises.
Conference schedule
The conference organising committee is adopting the following schedule strictly to ensure a rigorous peer review of papers submitted and the production of a high quality proceedings.

Potential authors are invited to submit abstracts for consideration under one of the following themes:

2. Technology and construction
3. Professional education
Abstracts of 150-250 words, with up to 5 keywords, should be emailed to aubea2012@unsw.edu.au before the 30 November 2011.
